Art Minded: Sound Bath and Slow Looking with Jasmine Wilson
Come and rest during Art Minded, a meditative experience blending serene soundscapes with visual art, writing, and mindfulness led by Jasmine Wilson. During this 1-hour and 30 minute session, participants will be guided through practices of slow looking and sound healing to help them discover how the experience of a sound bath can reveal new perspectives that support contemplative engagement with artwork on view.
Participants are strongly encouraged to bring a pencil and a writing material (notebook, notepad, etc.) for the slow looking session
Tuesday Recess with Jasmine Wilson
Come and rest during a meditative sound bath led by Jasmine Wilson! During this 1-hour session, participants can bring greater awareness to their bodies through guided breathing exercises and relax while listening to soothing sounds. You won't want to miss it!

Contemporary And (C&) facilitates a three-day Critical Writing Workshop for emerging art critics based in Atlanta, Georgia. It will take place at For Keeps books, 171 Auburn Ave, Atlanta from 24 March – 26 March 2023. The invitation is open to art writers in the early stages of their career.
